Recombinant human Annexin V (FITC), expressed in bacteria, purified. Shows bright green fluorescence (Ex(max): 488nm; Em(max): 530nm). Annexin V has a strong, Ca2+-dependent affinity for PS and therefore is used as a probe for detecting apoptosis.
