    Cellular locations: Cytoplasm. Nucleus matrix. Nucleus membrane.

    Shuttles between cytoplasm and nucleus. Found exclusively in the nucleus, when phosphorylated on Ser-272. Calcium binding promotes translocations from the cytosol and the nuclear matrix to the nuclear envelope and membrane association.
