The ApoH-coated magnetic nano-beads capture micro-organisms in most samples.  The beads are directly added to the sample, no prewash is required. For optimal results, also add a capture buffer in the sample. After a short incubation with agitation, the supernatant is removed while the beads are kept down by a magnet (not supplied). Micro-organisms are then concentrated on the beads and free of potential inhibitors. They can be analyzed with usual detection methods. The shelf life for this product is 2 years at 2-8°C. This product is available in several formats of 1, 0.5 or 0.2 mL.
